Happy Birthday to Me!

Thanks to my Mother-in-law I went on a bit of a shopping spree for my birthday at Anthropology!  I absolutely LOVE Anthropology, not only for the clothes but also the fun household knickknacks.  But you know how it is, it’s hard to buy fun stuff for the house when you have so many other needs, like food, kids clothes that they grow out of so quickly, etc.  But with the Anthropology gift card and the Anthropology Birthday Discount I got several things I’ve been eying for Months!

Two years ago, my Hubby broke my Longaberger Cookie Jar that I’ve had for over 15 years and I’ve been looking for another cookie jar every since.  I saw this cute Owl Cookie Jar nearly 2 years ago and wanted it ever since, but definitely had a hard time spending the money on such an unnecessary thing (I’ve been using large freezer bags for the cookies).

I saw these Droplet Wine glasses a month or so ago while shopping with Amanda and declared that I would get these as soon as I got the Anthropology Birthday Discount – aren’t they gorgeous!  And they weigh about 5 oz a piece, made in the Czech Republic.  They fit your hand perfectly!

Love these Interlocking Trio Bud Vases and the decorative hand towel with stitching that reads “I do, I do”.

And a French Cheese Knife Set.  Three pieces with different colored handles, red, blue and yellow, each with a small bee on the handle.

I also bought a blouse, but it is just too much fun buying frivolous wants rather than needs sometimes.
