Artichoke Dip--2

Artichoke Dip, it sounds awful doesn’t it, but it is fantastic!  This is another recipe that I always have the ingredients on hand for when people pop over and I need to whip up an appetizer dip.   It is soo easy to make, it’s ridiculous…

Even our little man knows what this means and is waiting for the end result!

This is a quick and easy family recipe that I can whip up in time for surprise company and it’s a winner. Grab a couple of cans of artichoke hearts and keep them in stock, people will expect this appetizer.
Ingredients
  • 1 14oz can artichoke hearts (in water)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Dash of Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions
  1. Drain the artichokes and chop in a Food Processor.
  2. Combine all the ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350 until bubbles (I used a loaf pan).
  4. Serve with chips, crackers, etc.

Notes
In my opinion, it is the best on Ruffles Potato Chips :)
